I work out of germany for a reputed retailer which is gloablly renowned but still the work is crazy and slowly we move towards more and more people really being productive and doing actual work rather than just manage people. So if you develop , do you develop efficiently . If you do sales , do you do sales efficiently are in the top 1 % ?

RTO is based on need as it is said in this video. But I would say hybrid model is the best. In my company Bangalore and Hyderabad locations work on hybrid model and other locations WFH. I will tell you what cruel and unprofessional thing happened. Leadership team announced 10% job cut. You know only people who were working remotely was sacked. People who followed hybrid model are safe. Unethical and unprofessional things like this can also happen in permanent WFH.

Yes sir - I see this sort of "frustration" in youth on-and-off when i interact with them. when we finished our engineering (eons ago), though the job scenario was not like this, cut throat, we still could not do what we wanted to. life dragged us forwarded, we rolled on with life, dusting ourselves, kicking ourselves, looking at USA as the panacea for all our struggles and career growth & to make tons of money like everyone else. but one thing sir - i feel in the current world of hectic life, most of us / most of the youth have forgotten what they actually want from their life and career, but get into the "box" created by society and do things which earn them like his/her colleague. job or career Nirvana - no one is able to achieve i guess. (maybe barring few like you all) - regards sir
